This rare high voltage style is the largest of the Lowex embossed Hemingray insulators. It's also the only Lowex style with a triple petticoat. Somehow this insulator flew under the radar for decades, as it was only discovered in the early 2000s. Since then, more have gradually surfaced, and there are currently around 12 specimens known to the hobby. Most specimens have been found with flashovers around the skirt and wire groove area.
