In addition to drawing Laugh Lines comics for Crown Jewels of the Wire Magazine, I have also drawn several awards given out at National shows for Best Use of Power Insulators, commissioned by fellow Hemingray collector Bob Stahr of the Greater Chicago Insulator Club.

My first drawings definitely showed my Laugh Lines influence. Later on, though, I have been taking the opportunity as a departure to try and draw insulators more realistically and experiment with different drawing/painting techniques. I'm certainly no pro, but I have fun!
