Hemingray Insulator Profile: CD 130.2  
This is a very rare style produced by Hemingray bearing the Seilers Patent, designed to minimize the area touching the wire (see patent). I was very fortunate to be able to hold one of these back in 1996. (Probably the closest I'll ever get to one!)
