Hemingray Insulator Profile: CD 128.4  
This uncommon style is nicknamed the "Big Mouth" by collectors. This unique design was only manufactured for a couple of years, and we believe only 4 molds (numbered 1-4) were made. These were also made in two pinhole sizes. The standard 1" pin is much harder to find. It is not known what the "SB" stands for. Possibly Side Bracket?
