Hemingray Insulator Profile: CD 1032  
This style was produced by Hemingray for Owens Illinois. It was produced for the U.S. Army Signal Corps to quickly affix field wire. A steel pin was affixed to the inside of the insulator with a cement compound, although the insulator itself is also threaded.
